Spring 2007

Celebrating 125 Years of Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Engagement
Ideas that challenge and excite, new insights into the nature of our society — encounter all of these at NJIT's Technology and Society Forum.
WORDS AND MUSIC
The spring 2007 Forum series offers incisive discussion of topics that include global climate change and the troubling economics of education in the US. Also on the spring schedule is a musical overview of work by four women composers who soared creatively, overcoming the strictures of a culture that honored their male artistic peers with much greater recognition.
The spring Technology and Society Forum presentations are part of NJIT's continuing celebration of a commitment to intellectual inquiry and social progress that began in 1881 -- a commitment to entrepreneurship, innovation and engagement.
